TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.- CONTRACT

In this contract the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the services offered by MY LOFT 4 YOU are established, whose fiscal name is ICFY INVESTMENTS & PROJECTS, S.L with CIF: B98502156 within its website myloft4you.com. When you make a reservation you are guaranteeing that you have the authority to accept, and that you are accepting on your behalf or from third parties the contracting conditions described here. Your contract with MY LOFT 4 YOU is effective from the moment the payment amount stipulated in the booking voucher is received. Your contract with us will be governed by Spanish law and in any case will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

2.- GENERAL CONDITIONS AND DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

MY LOFT 4 YOU publishes accommodation proposals and experiences providing an information service for THE USER.

According to the USER's search criteria (destination, arrival date, number of nights, services, neighborhood, ...), the MY LOFT 4 YOU website publishes and generates the accommodation proposal automatically. If THE USER is interested in an accommodation proposal, they must send a reservation request to MY LOFT 4 YOU, which offers the service of confirming the reservation of the accommodation proposal. The contact details and the address of the accommodation will be indicated in the final confirmation.

3.- ONLINE RESERVATION OF ALOJAMINETO

MY LOFT 4 YOU uses all its means in order to propose the exact availability of online accommodation calendars. However, it cannot guarantee that at the time of processing the reservation request, the accommodation proposal is still available.

MY LOFT 4 YOU, reserves the right to reject the user's reservation request and make new proposals, without being responsible for the consequences that this may cause to the USER.

Once the reservation request has been received from the USER, MY LOFT 4 YOU will charge the services to this by credit card or any other payment method offered on the web. The USER will receive by email the final confirmation, which is the acceptance of their reservation request and the last step of the MY LOFT 4 YOU reservation service.

4.- PREREQUISITES

In order to make an accommodation reservation, the person making the reservation must be of legal age and have full legal capacity and capacity to act.

5.- PRICES

5.1 All prices published on our website include VAT.

5.2 MY LOFT 4 YOU will be able to modify the prices published on their website according to their convenience and without prior notice, so the client cannot claim any discount once the reservation confirmation has been received. The client accepts as valid the prices published on our website when the reservation is formalized.

5.3 The property may set an extra charge for late check-in or late check-out expenses, which will be paid according to the conditions established for each property.

6.- ONLINE BOOKING PROCESS

Users who wish to book any of the accommodations offered on our website, must do so either through the online reservation or by sending a reservation form available on the website.

Once the availability of the accommodation is confirmed, users must pay 25% of the total reservation. Payment must be made by bank credit card.

Once the MY LOFT 4 YOU team verifies that the payment has been made, your reservation will be understood to have been made effectively.

The remaining 75% must be paid on the day of arrival.

Security deposit: The security deposit to be made by the user upon arrival at the apartment will be indicated on the reservation confirmation voucher, an amount that will be between € 100 and € 150 depending on the apartment. This deposit guarantees the return of the property and its belongings in the same state in which they were delivered, except for deterioration derived from their rational use. The deposit will be made by bank pre-authorization and will be returned in full 15 days after your departure from the property as long as it is in the same conditions as its delivery, by unlocking the amount on the same bank card.

The deposit will not be fully or partially returned if damage caused by the user to the apartment or its equipment is found.

7.- ADDITIONAL NOTES

Entry times: every day from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Departure time: 11 a.m

For arrivals after 8:00 p.m the following supplement applies (It will be applied in apartments that do not have an electronic lock):

From 20:00 to 21:00: € 20

From 21:00 to 22:00: € 25

From 22:00 to 23:00: € 30

From 23:00 to 24:00: € 35

Days prior to arrival you must report your approximate time to organize check-in.

8.- CHANGE OF RESERVATION

If, after we have confirmed your reservation, you wish to modify any of the conditions, such as the day of departure, or the property you have reserved, you must do so in writing and any possible change will depend on availability. In case you want to change the property or the dates and this is not possible, it will be considered as a cancellation of the reservation, and the cancellation rates will be the same as those that appear in the "cancellation conditions" section.

9.- CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In the event that the user of the service cancels his reservation or requests a change in the dates of the same, he must notify MY LOFT 4 YOU in writing, the request sent to the email info@myloft4you.com being valid.

In the event of cancellation, the guest will have to pay cancellation fees depending on the days remaining for their arrival:

. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: cancellation costs will be 5% of the stay.

. Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before arrival: cancellation costs will be 50% of the stay.

. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or NO SHOW cases: cancellation costs will be 100% of the stay.

In case the USER cancels the reservation due to unexpected circumstances or force majeure - either part or all of the stay - the aforementioned cancellation conditions will apply.

In case we are forced to cancel your reservation, we will offer you other alternatives according to availability, in case these alternatives are not in accordance with you, then MY LOFT 4 YOU will refund the entire amount paid or the proportional part of the time not enjoyed . MY LOFT 4 YOU will not be responsible for the damages, losses, losses, direct or indirect costs, resulting from this cancellation.

MY LOFT 4 YOU reserves the right to establish special cancellation policies on certain dates (Summer from 1-07 to 31-08, Fallas, Easter, and Bunk Holidays).

10.- RULES DURING THE STAY

Remember that you are renting a house for tourist use and according to current regulations, the rules of coexistence of the neighborhood community must be respected at all times, that is why guests are obliged to:

Not to celebrate parties or similar activities that may disturb the rest of the neighbors.
To respect the hours of rest between 21:00 and 09:00.
Do not exceed the number of occupants indicated in the reservation.
Users will be responsible for any damage or defect caused to the property and / or third parties during their stay.

The owner and MY LOFT 4 YOU may cancel reservations if customers do not comply with the rules during their stay. It may also be a reason for cancellation not to pay the rest of the total amount of the stay, if agreed, at the time of handing over the keys.

11.- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 MY LOFT 4 YOU is not responsible for external factors that may affect the reservation or the use of the house such as noise caused by other neighbors, works, water cuts, electricity, inoperative Wi-Fi service for reasons attributable to the operator, the presence of insects or other animals, theft, accidents etc. None of these causes may be used by the client as a cause for resolution, nor will it give rise in any case to any claim by the client.

11.2 MY LOFT 4 YOU is not responsible for the inconveniences caused in case of force majeure such as strikes, war, storms or any social or natural conflict.

11.3 MY LOFT 4 YOU is not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of the personal objects of the guests.

11.4 All the information and photos offered on our website are truthful and are adjusted to the moment in which the properties were registered in our system, so MY LOFT 4 YOU is not responsible for subsequent changes in the furniture, distribution, in the equipment or the structure of the properties.

11.5 If for reasons external to MY LOFT 4 YOU the reserved property cannot be used, MY LOFT 4 YOU will try to offer another property of the same quality as the originally contracted. If the client does not accept this alternative, the cancellation conditions detailed in point ninth will prevail. In the event that MY LOFT 4 YOU cannot offer any alternative, the proportional part of the unused stay will be returned. Likewise, it will not be responsible for the damages, losses, losses, direct or indirect costs, resulting from this cancellation.

11.6 All hosted USERS explicitly declare that they will use the apartment at their own risk and exempt MY LOFT 4 YOU from any type of compensation.

11.7 Itt is the responsibility of the USER to pay for the loss of the keys and / or to pay the cost of a locksmith in case of a change of lock for this reason or for leaving the keys in the lock and the door cannot be opened.


12.- EQUIPMENT / CLEANING

All apartments have a complete set of sheets and towels suitable for the number of guests. If you need an additional set, you must request it and pay the corresponding supplement (€ 5 set of sheets / € 5 set of towels).

The final cleaning of the apartment is compulsory by the USER, the total amount being between € 45 and € 70 depending on the apartment. If you want to hire any additional cleaning during your stay, you will have to communicate it 24 hours in advance, paying the corresponding amount.


13.-ADDITIONAL SERVICES

MY LOFT 4 YOU makes available to users a series of additional optional services independent of the reservation of the property, so that their stay is adjusted as much as possible to their needs. These services must be paid as an extra charge and with 48 hours in advance.

14.-PRIVACY

MY LOFT 4 YOU informs the user that the treatment of all personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13 on Data Protection and with the Regulations for the development of the Law Organic 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of Personal Data.

In accordance with the rights conferred by the current regulations on data protection, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of treatment, deletion, portability and opposition to the treatment of your personal data as well as the consent given for the treatment thereof, directing your request to the email info@myloft4you.com
